The staff was small but working well together, and that has become rare!!! The manager on duty was hard working, doing her own job and making sure everyone aroundher could also do theirs. The young man working the register was polite and patient. The dining room was clean and so was thekitchen! I was so grateful for a positive experience!

I placed an online order at 4:30 PM, and the app indicated that it would be ready by... read more Arby's usually provides a great experience, but today was quite different. I placed an online order at 4:30 PM, and the app indicated that it would be ready by 4:45. However, when I arrived at 5:10, nobody seemed to have any information about my order. The clerk suggested that it probably hadn’t gone through yet, which was frustrating since almost an hour had already passed. When I inquired about why the app indicated the order would be ready at 4:45, the response was simply a shrug. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. I’m hesitant to use the app or visit Arby's again anytime soon.

However, I stopped going once they removed the potato cakes from the menu and replaced them with some kind of fries. Everyone serves fries, but the potato cakes were something unique. Goodbye, Arby's!
