Th... read more I was informed that if I waited long enough at the "to-go" section, someone would assist me, but the staff member mentioned she couldn't wait around all day. This was odd, considering the email confirmation instructed me to go to the host stand for to-go orders.

However, their new bacon burger for $10 is a fantastic deal.

After receiving drinks,appetizers and food we no longer seen our waitress.. no napkins,no ketchep,food was very greasy,no flavor and Noone attending to guests w... read more After receiving drinks,appetizers and food we no longer seen our waitress.. no napkins,no ketchep,food was very greasy,no flavor and Noone attending to guests who entered and needed to be seated, inwhich the customers proceeded to grab their own silverware,menus and napkins to seat themselves. There were clearly enough staff to tend to mess left on tables from the time we entered to the time we left yet it didn't seen as important as a group of guys at the bar chattering about nothing as all of this went on..it reflects as to why this location has just above B sanitation grade.. last time we will attend this location!

Since I work the second shift, I ordered two rib dinners through Uber Eats to enjoy with my daughter... read more I had a terrible experience at Applebee's on Mother's Day. Since I work the second shift, I ordered two rib dinners through Uber Eats to enjoy with my daughter when I got home. Unfortunately, the ribs were completely inedible. It seemed like someone poured a thick layer of spicy dry rub on them and then tried to cover it up with the honey BBQ sauce I had actually ordered. I got home at midnight, and when I returned the food, still in its original packaging and with the receipt, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact Uber Eats. I was informed that they do use some spices, but I've been eating Applebee's ribs for 20 years, and this was just unacceptable. There was no apology or effort to make things right. It’s disheartening to lose a loyal customer over a $40 order. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

Our food was cold both times, it's pretty bad when coleslaw is warmer than the ribs. They can't cook a steak unless you want rare or well done.
