Our son had a great time playing in the arcade and at the pool table while we waited for our pizzas. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner was very welcoming. This is a fantastic pizza place with delicious wood-fired pizzas and a fun atmosphere.

Cold water, soda and beer ever had!

Both were delicious, and my wife even said it was the best gluten-free pizza she has ever had. We had plenty left over to enjoy for lunch the next day. Mystic Mountain has definitely made it onto our list of must-visit spots for our next trip to the area!

The... read more However, when I arrived at the store to have the sandwich remade, the staff claimed that their chain only provides the bread and extras for a Veggie Delite. They insisted that a Veggie Delite skips the meat and relies on customers to customize the sandwich at the table, which is not accurate. A Veggie Delite is a preset sandwich that includes spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and green bell peppers. The green-haired girl then tried to deny that she was the one who originally served my friend, claiming that anyone hearing those specific customizations would only add what was mentioned. It’s clear that she was the one who made the sandwich. Furthermore, she also didn’t provide a receipt. It's evident that none of the three workers present knew how to prepare a preset sandwich with customizations, which is frustrating since we have ordered this exact sandwich from this location before without issue. It's time for some proper training.

My husband stopped and Ordered dinner from subway one night mybsandwich wasn't made right so I took it back to ask them to simply remake it .. instead of being... read more My husband stopped and Ordered dinner from subway one night mybsandwich wasn't made right so I took it back to ask them to simply remake it .. instead of being treated with some decency the manager on duty decided to argue with me on how I didn't have my receipt and refused to make another one for me and insisted on yelling at me infront of customers making me feel like I was a liar and didn't pay for my food .. I will never go back to this restaurant again . The manager that was there that at the time of my visit definitely needs to learn to listen first before accusing someone of lying ..
