Even though I ordered on the app ahead of time. It took forever for someone to come to the window and when he did he said that they haven’t even started working on my order yet!!! What are they even doing at this location?! This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. My order wasn’t even complicated, for a regular coffee this much wait is not worth it!!! The best place to have a chat and a nice drink, or do some computer work in a comfy corner. They always have a smile and great service.

Definitely need to revamp their mobile ordering process.....very unorganized.
