I love Jack in the box, but the tacos are nowadays mostly taco shells and very little meat. The shell is over half empty, so if it fried it will be a sharp object that cuts my mouth. I'd be good with a price increase if that'd just fill the Taco. View all feedback.
The young woman who greeted me was both friendly and professional.
The service was quick. They initially forgot my drink, but when I called from the parking lot because the entrance was blocked due to COVID, they resolved it immediately. The staff was very friendly.
The staff forgot to provide us with our order and were quite unfriendly. Additionally, the food was not cooked properly, especially given the price we paid.
I really enjoy Jack in the Box, but I’ve noticed that the tacos these days mostly consist of taco shells with very little meat inside. The shells are often more than half empty, and if they are fried, they can end up being sharp and cut my mouth. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more if it meant getting a fuller taco.
