Being pregnant and craving a cinnamon roll, I was excited to try this place for the first time. However, the person at the counter who finally attended to me was quite rude. When I inquired about the soups, he abruptly interrupted, saying, “we aren’t serving those.” I then asked for a regular cinnamon roll, to which he responded with an irritated, “ugh, okay, what else?” I ordered a small drink, and he just handed me the cup. After taking my card to the back, he returned, and before I could even ask for a fork, he disappeared again.

The cinnamon rolls at this Cinnabon are dried out and hard. I've visited twice, and both times the rolls were tough and inedible.
