Applebee's Grill - Cleburne

Was so looking forward to having dinner at Applebee's, never thought to read reviews as we frequent this chain often when traveling, so it was super disappointing that we arrived and found out they allow smoking inside the restaurant. Not only is hubby very sensitive to smoke because of asthma, but it completely ruins the appetite. Will never go back to this location again. ?

This place is non kid friendly, or anyone sensitive to bad language. The cigarette smoke is overwhelming if you have a lung condition do not enter. Seemed like they cater to drunken folks only. The food was cold and they never brought the bread with the pasta. I was never asked if I needed anything or if I liked another drink.

The food came out fast, The service was the best service I’ve received from any Applebees i’ve been too. There was a little hiccup with my order but my server and management were on top of it and resolved it immediately. Cleburne applebees is TOP TIER!!

I found the restaurant on the way, nothing opens the door, strong smell of cigarettes inside the restaurant, when we sat down at least, I can't tolerate the strong smell of cigarettes. I saw the place was full, I stopped and we left, the smell stayed on my clothes. I don't recommend it. The friendliness should improve and the restaurant should change it.
