This location is FIRE! This location makes THE BEST Teriyaki chicken bowls and they go above and beyond in their customer service!!! I requested a special pick-up order last night with a long explanation and they not only made the order the way I was dreaming it would be but double checked with my husband to make sure! Every time I eat here they are stellar so 5 Stars every day all day! View all feedback.

Terrible customer service! Wait and wait to place my order. The guy that works up front leaves every 5 minutes to go sit in his car. Nobody in the back will come out to take an order. Tables dirty and sticky even though there were only 2 other patrons. I won't be back that's for sure!! View all feedback.
So, I picked up my son from school today...and I ordered him dinner from this location because this is where we normally pick up...and they charge me for his dinner. I get to the location just to see the entire location getting cleaned up and remodeled and the girls that were in there were like we are closed for remodeling I 'm like what? Then why was I charged on my card to pick up at this location ? And the girl had an attitude and said I 'm not sure but you 're gonna have to check with the ulmerton location like wth! That 's way out of my way! I called the Ulmerton location and luckily Daniel was very kind and understanding, he took down my information and said he will speak to his Manager Mike about the situation so I can get reimbursed. Still...now I have to figure out wth to get my son for dinner and he has to wait. All I know is that I hope I get my money back .or I will be forced to contact corporate.
I’ve ordered a few times on my lunch break via the app. The order is set for a specific time and it’s something I always have to wait for. Today took the cake- the app lets me order and pay- but when I arrived a snarky worker informed me they are closed. Oh you’re closed, well why in the hell would your technology not communicate with the app.I said great there goes my lunch break. Her response was, all you need to do is cancelIn the app but if that does not work, you can call corporate. “Oh, i can just call corporate and work for my money back” what a joke, I’ll ne we be back
The food is good, not convenient because this is second time I go and credit card machines are not working and they only take cash. Also, when I dine in sometimes floor and tables are sticky. They need to improve cleanliness.

The location was closed even though Google listed it as open and I had no way to cancel my online order. They happily took my money despite the handwritten sign on the door saying closed. Don’t waste your time with this place.
