Surfside Taphouse - Clearwater

The service was good and the drinks seemed great, however the food was disappointing. The pot stickers were not fresh and should be avoided. The burger was a good size and cooked perfectly, but the bun was stale and the fries tasted of freezer burn. Overall, the restaurant has potential but fell short in terms of food freshness.

The Cuban I ordered was good but I ordered it with chips and Pico. They sent out a handful of chips and a small cup of Pico. My wife ordered a cheese burger with mustard and mao only and it came with everything but that. They fixed it and she said burger was good. Bartender was very friendly and took care of us. Not the best Clearwater has to offer but ok.

The shrimp sandwich was amazing!!! I have dreams about it. Lol. Waitress was friendly, the establishment was clean. It has a nice view and it?s just a nice place to sit and enjoy the scenery.

We stopped in for a drink, and ended up chatting with Emma. She is an amazing young Lady, and so dedicated to her job. She truly makes customers feel like friends. We liked it there so much, that we went back for dinner. When we visit Florida we make it our mission to try as many Grouper Sandwiches as possible. The Grouper sandwich and Grouper Club here are hands down the best we have ever eaten anywhere! This will definitely be a regular stop each time we are in the Clearwater area.

This is a fantastic spot in Clearwater Beach, Florida to pop in for a refreshing drink and some tasty food. Brittney provided excellent service and was very friendly, engaging in conversation with my wife and me about the area. We both ordered the Cuban Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! We will certainly be returning in the future.
