This past weekend, I hosted a dinner for my mom's birthday and chose to order from Southern Steer. I sampled some of their catering options, including smashed potatoes and bacon-wrapped shrimp, and they were fantastic. I also got steak tips and asparagus, and everyone enjoyed the meal! If you ever have the opportunity, definitely consider their catering items—they're well worth it!

However, tonight my friend a... read more I've frequented this place quite a bit; they always have everything I need, including some more 'exotic' items like duck and bison. However, tonight my friend and I attended one of their meal prep classes, and we had an amazing time! We prepared 12 paleo meals, each serving four people, and everything smelled fantastic. They also served sangria and beer (because meal prep is definitely more enjoyable with a drink)! It was a lot of fun, and I can’t wait to try everything we made! We will definitely be coming back for more!

The Argentine steak is absolutely phenomenal. I attended a meal prep class last night, and I never expected that preparing 10 meals for a family of four could be so enjoyable. I made the first meal for dinner tonight, and it was both delicious and remarkably easy to prepare. I'm looking forward to another meal prep session next month!
