The food presentation needs improvement, and diners should receive the right utensils. I was given a plastic spoon for my soup and salad, and I had to search for a fork and napkins. Additionally, I had to request a cup. Clearly, the team is overwhelmed and could benefit from extra assistance.

The kiosks were also problematic; Panera should update them to ensure that customers receive a receipt immediately after payment, rather than waiting until after they've received their food. I ordered a drink but didn’t get a receipt. Since all the drinks are self-serve, I still had to go to the cashier, who might suspect you're trying to take something without paying if you don't have proof of purchase. It's essential to provide that receipt right after the payment to avoid confusion, especially if there's an issue with your food order. What if they forget to prepare it? Then you have no proof of payment. This system is significantly flawed and needs improvement. Additionally, if the drink turns out to be unsatisfactory, how can I ask for a refund without a receipt?

When I got home I... read more This is not my first problem with order correctness at this store. But yesterday I ordered a breakfast sandwich online and went to pick it up. When I got home I found that the breakfast sandwich was missing the egg. Kinda important for a breakfastsandwich. So I called the store... no answer. The phone rang out. I tried again, same result. This store is not busy (I was justthere) and I 'm calling the number on the website. So I 'm a bit miffed and I decide to call the corporate office. They apologizefor my experience and tell me they 'll contact the owner/manager who will respond to my complaint with an email or call. Now, aday later I have received neither. I will not be visiting this particular Panera again for quite some time!
