I used my 50% off members awards card on the flat bread. It was the last day of the special. I would say that I would have never ordered a flat bread at Panera because I eat pizza at so many great Italian restaurants. But it was a good deal. I thought it was good, but for me, it lacked some seasonings. I'm going to eat the left overs with some eggs, peppers and onions and add on some more cheese and spices for breakfast. My Fuji Apple salad was really good. I'll be back again soon and get my usual pick two.. I love the broccoli cheddar soup and the steak sandwich without the pickled onions. So good! Enjoy

The food presentation needs improvement, and diners should receive the right utensils. I was given a plastic spoon for my soup and salad, and I had to search for a fork and napkins. Additionally, I had to request a cup. Clearly, the team is overwhelmed and could benefit from extra assistance.

I just wish the coffee cups and lids were easier to access, but I understand why they are kept behind the counter. It's also a great spot for a quiet work meeting.
