I decided to try their cheesesteak sandwich for the first time, and it was truly delicious. I will confess that I added some A-1 sauce when I got home, but that's just a personal preference and not a critique of their food. I'm also a big fan of their soups, especially the chicken and wild rice, which I typically enjoy by dipping the bread instead of using a spoon. Today, I also got an apple to accompany my sandwich, and I really appreciate the option for fresh fruit.

This is Florida—how can anything be served cold? I'm truly appalled and would like a refund. It’s a straightforward deal: I pay for what I order and expect to receive it. I’ve fulfilled my part of the agreement, now it’s time for you to fulfill yours! This is unacceptable.

I would give five stars if not for the men's restroom, which appeared unattended and unclean when I used it after being the only male customer inside for about half an hour.
