I've noticed that going inside helps ensure your order is accurate, so if you choose the drive-thru, just make sure to check your bag before driving off.

I also g... read more I ordered the fried chicken sandwich at KFC, which the menu pictured with sauce and a pickle, but none of that came with my meal—it was completely dry. I also got mashed potatoes and mac & cheese but wasn’t given a fork. I hoped KFC had improved over the years, but sadly, I was mistaken. I won’t be returning.

Personally, I still believe that KFC offers great value for the money. I enjoy the chicken sandwich from Popeyes, but KFC definitely wins when it comes to their combo meals! The staff here are always friendly and hardworking; it seems like they prefer to be working rather than staying at home relying on government support.

The Quick Pick-up instructions said to... read more The food is decent, but don’t bother ordering ahead. My mobile order was scheduled for 3:05 but wasn’t ready until 3:20. The Quick Pick-up instructions said to park and come inside, but the doors were locked and a woman inside gestured for me to use the drive-thru. I had just been through the drive-thru to get something I forgot, and they told me to park and come inside to pick up the mobile order. Eventually, I got my food, but the whole experience was quite frustrating.
