Why not! My wife and I chose to do just that, and it brought back some great memories. I ordered the French toast with strawberries and bananas, while my wife had the 55+ French toast with bacon. Everything was delicious, but there was only one server handling the entire restaurant during the dinner rush. She deserves 5 stars for her effort. IHOP, however, gets 3 stars for not providing enough staff. Luckily, it wasn't too busy that night.

Aside from that, the food is really good—better than at other IHOP locations. You can see that the broccoli and mashed potatoes were particularly small. I only managed to take a couple of bites of the Salisbury steak.

The customer service and food service were outstanding—truly the best I've ever encountered! Having spent over 20 years in the industry, I can say I've had my fair share of great experiences, but this one stands out. I dined alone, and I appreciated that the restaurant and parking lot were well-lit and welcoming, making me feel safe. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles, kindness, and genuine thoughtfulness, which continued throughout my meal. It was inspiring to see how everyone on the team helped each other in taking care of the customers. Who knew that all I needed to do was travel to Clearwater for a wonderful meal that felt like dining with friends? Thank you!
