However, recent experiences reveal a concerning trend: delayed service, cold and greasy food, and billing issues that left some patrons frustrated. Despite the restaurant's attempt to manage busy times, several guests reported feeling overlooked, especially when seated outside. While many enjoyed the upbeat vibe and commendable staff interactions, others expressed disappointment, suggesting that improvements are needed in both food quality and service consistency to enhance the overall dining experience.
Very accommodating we were moved to a table we requested. Our server was very pleasant thought she seems to be new at the job. She did not get my order right but quick to change it. She forgets to give us bowls for our salad, so my friend did not eat it since she waited too long for the bowl. It was a birthday celebration and kudos to the servers who came and sang Happy birthday.
The worst experience ever. Never again! The worst location I ever been to!
Food was fresh and hot. Our waitress was warm and friendly. We enjoyed our meal. Thank you!
It's the Original! It's always busy! It's mostly tourists, but if you life in Northern Pinellas County and you want Hooters this is where you go. Consistent food quality, if you don't order alcohol, service is a bit spotty. Overall, it's what you'd expect delightful tacky and unrefined!
