What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Hecht. The food used to be good at this place, but recently, especially on September 22nd, things have taken a turn for the worse. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes just to pay for my order. They forgot my coffee, and I had to remind them what I wanted. I watched the guy make it, but he spilled a lot of it while trying to put the lid on, and when I finally took a sip, it wasn't even my order. When I went back... View all feedback.
THE EMPLOYEES STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS An employee stole our cc and tried to buy metropcs minutes. 6 charges each at $40. My husband went back as soon as he realized he didn 't have his card about 30 min) The girl that took his order gave it back to him and said I didn 't do anything, here it is . My husband called the store looking for the manager and had to leave a message with the shift leader. She told the employee that we were calling the cops. That employee called my husband 's cell phone and tried to explain it all away. I made a police report and called corporate. The owner was to call me back in 2 days. Never did lied to corp. that they did. I asked again for the owner to call me, they still haven 't. It 's been 10 days since this happened and nothing from Dunkin. NOTHING. The store is always disgusting and they obviously let their employees steal from customers.
The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. They made great coffee and delicious donuts!
Worst du kin ever. Slow staff and never make anything right. Ordered sausage egg and cheese, receipt said sausage but the food I received was becon.... coffee tastes like they reuse the same coffee grains multiple times to save money as it's always watered down and when ask for specific directions they can't make it right ever. You can tell them 3 milks they will put 6.

When I went back inside, I noticed that the people in line were frustrated, saying, “That’s what they said 10 minutes ago.” Additionally, someone forgot their card in the drive-thru, and the employee had to dash into the parking lot to return it. It's such a mess in there. It would also help if they put the order sticker on the coffee cups to avoid getting the orders mixed up.
