Claudia's Heavenly Flans Cakes

It’s in the name. Heavenly!! I called Claudia when another cake maker pulled out last minute because she couldn’t make a keto/dairy free cake. I had one day to find another solution and called thinking it probably wouldn’t be possible. Claudia was so sweet and said it’d be no problem. She created the most delicious carrot cake I’ve ever had. And it was keto and dairy free with delicious coconut icing. It tastes even better the second day and the whole family is hogging the last pieces. Thank you Claudia!

Flan is amazing!!! All my friends loved it! Keto tiramisu is full of rich healthy ingredients! Is very filling!!! I can feel the passion of the baker!!!

I ordered a tres leches cake for my husband’s birthday and it was amazing! One of the best tres leches we’ve ever had! Everyone at the business was very nice and helpful with getting my order in short notice! We will definitely be ordering again, we were so happy with the product

No one makes keto cakes! No one, but Claudia's has mastered it. She was able to make the most delicious wedding cake and matching keto cake on short notice. No fake sweetener taste, so moist, and the cream cheese frosting would make you melt. I will be back!!

For my birthday, my husband bought me a keto cheesecake from Claudia as I am a carnivore generally. She also gave him some keto flan samples with my cheesecake. For some reason, the cheesecake was not up to par, but the keto flans were fantastic! I did not want to give up on this. It's so hard to find delicious keto items that are actually Keto. I talked to Claudia and she invited me back in for some keto treats. Since we were moving, I didn't want to get anything big so she gave us keto cheesecakes and pavlovas on the house. Additionally I bought mini versions of the red velvet cake, chocolate frosting on vanilla cake, and tiramisu. Everything was amazing and tasty. Claudia is super helpful, communicative, and will not let you down. Highly recommended!
