Burgerim - Clearwater

My first and last visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The man at the register, Kevin, with glasses, flat out told me he wouldn't exchange my dry and cold burger. I tried the Greek lamb instead, but after just two bites - one from me and one from my friend - we quickly realized how terrible it was. I will not be returning.

I have visited this restaurant twice now. During my first visit, the staff was very rude and dismissive towards customers. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they may have been having a bad day. However, the same behavior repeated during my second visit. I have decided not to return to this restaurant and I do not recommend it to anyone.

After we got our drinks, we sat down and waited for our food. It came out quickly. My friend tried his Greek lamb burger and found it to be lacking in taste, not very warm, and overall not very good. My regular burger was decent in comparison. When my friend asked to exchange his burger for something else because he didn't like it, he was told it wasn't possible and he would have to pay for a completely new one. I only gave it two stars because my burger was okay and the service was good. Overall, the food at this restaurant doesn't compare to places like Wendy's. I won't be returning.

I wish I could give negative stars. walmart quality food (which I believe 100% that the ketchup on the table was great value brand) for the price of a gourmetburger and fritten. there is no possibility that all 5* reviews come from customers.

This evaluation is about delivery. the sent a half empty sprit and a quarter cup that dried out and hard like a rock. Even with the purchase they get a free offer I will never order again.
