We ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday 40 hours in advance. The Dunedin Baskin directed us to the Clearwater location because their policy requires 48 hours notice. Despite the short notice, they were able to fulfill our order and even personalized it with an alpaca, my son's favorite animal and the theme of his party! Incredibly poor customer realations. Building closed and locked at 7:15 PM with a posted hours' sign on the front door indicating 10 PM as the daily time of closure. Especialien der nicht! always a good experience, friendly staff, good size draw, I always keep at this place when on this side of the city. Go on. I am a B.R.B (baskin robbins baby).
The load was dirty, there was hardly anything else to sell. I asked the worker if they had more tee in the back, he didn't even say no. he wasn't friendly. is not a wonder why this load is always empty. even before it went kovid.
Boyfriend went to this place 20 minutes before they close at 11 and they said they closed at 10 on Sunday. I have reviewed their actual website and it says that they close at 11.
They confirmed the order, but then my driver said they were closed and hour before google says they close.
