The service is always excellent and as quick as promised. However, I wish they had a warmer for the food until I arrived, as it was just sitting out on the counter. Other than that, everything was good. View all feedback.

We ordered 2 pretzel nuggets. Why did it take you OVER an hour to prepare pretzel nuggets!? They were good but, way late. It was supposed to be a mid day snack. It was 40 minutes late... I could of made my frozen pretzels in less time than that! The hot salsa cheese was AWESOME!! Great flavor spice. I just don't know who is running the PRETZEL shop... if they're out of pretzels!? Seems to me that's a poor business mo... View all feedback.
