Arby's - Clearwater

I usually don't write reviews for almost foods. but tonight I experienced a superior treatment with an angry customer. I was behind a white van in the drive-dru (which almost hit my front because in their wut, they supported in the drive-dru, but this is a completely different matter.) I heard that this person screamed at the loudspeaker who operated the window. from what ground? I don't know, but I know that it wasn't worth to the man in the window, to be evaluated and screamed. when I raised, although I was shouted, he was the epitome of customer service. he was polite, friendly and efficient. I didn't catch his name, but arbys. They have a supervisor, I worked customer service jobs (including not sending) for almost 17 years, and I am very impressed by how this young man treated everything.

My bratbeef was soouu dry, my curly fryed were oily, my Hushpuppy battery fish was boiled under? that is the second time that I had on this place terrible food, I wont be back!

To the greatest part I go there to repair the brot of my Arby-Rostsafari. yesterday the milk shaker was down, the horse stable dispenser was missing the pump nozzle and the arbys sauce was empty. to the happiness they had packages of each and the staff was very apologetic. Don't stop going back.

They drive thru big, but the youngest visited in. no one had to wait in the opposite. cashier saw me standing there, she left and did something else. at some point. no smiling. poor service

Had to pull over and wait for fries . Restaurant was very slow. One car in front of me and no one inside. No problem. After about 15 minutes I went in. 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. I asked if they forgot about me. He said he was just about to come out. My chicken sandwich was cold. Not like not hot but cold like it was pulled out of fridge. Cheese not melted. Sometimes I feel like I 'm in the movie Idiocracy
