Staff that took my order was gr... read more They were out of the halloween buckets and didn't say anything, the apple slices and bbq sauce from the happy meal were missing. Staff that took my order was great but the person handing me the food was awful. She seemed really rushed and flustered but Iwas only 1 of 3 people in line. She refused to stop for a second and make sure everything was right or I would have asked aboutthe halloween box mistake.

AND they were appr... read more 2 mocha frappes via drive-thru. Had to repeat order 3x 's! Received and took back the 2 mocha frappes as they they were not filled correctly. AND they were approx. 75% or more-ice all the way thru the containers...(large) This wasn 't the first timeeither this has happened. Also, be sure to check what you ordered before you leave as the orders are rarely correct. 3 yearsgoing to this McDonald 's...they NEED a new owner!(many times we just end up going to the one in Lakeport if time permits)...I 've heard from previous managers and ex-employees that the current owner has no interest in upgrading any equipment here. Nickel and dime it Therefore, it 's not just the employees. Thank you ????

Restaurant seemed relatively clean and staff were nice and helpful, but the seating area had several flies buzzing around. Wasn't very appetizing.
