Firehouse Pizza - Clearlake Oaks

4 times this month alone I tried to order a pizza for pickup and got no answer on the phone and I called from 745 to 830 without answer. it says online they close at 9. I even spoke to the owner and asked when they close and he said 9 o'clock. So I thought tonight, I'd just go down and order from the load to go. when I go in there are two men with pizzas. but as soon as I parked, I looked like a man's workman was running on the door and then shut it off, then run out of the eyes. it was 815 when I opened. I even cried through the back screen door that I thought it was very unprofessional what they did and no answer. it is sad that people are in such a hurry to get from work or to rush home that they have no problem putting their jobs in danger and costing the business money. tonight was the last chance. I will never spend another cent, and I hope that others will follow me when they are put into the same position.

I ordered a pizza on 1/25/2022 at 5:38 clock for delivery was told 45 minutes about an hour waited and I called them to check on my pizza and was delivered to the shipper gave my pizza to someone else instead of calling it back to my house at 6:45 and spoke to I think his name was daniel who was the most careless person I have ever spoken in my college online I wanted to be on

I give this place a no star they have terrible service and I always find a piece of hair in my food but this time I found a piece of a tooth like wow I wouldn’t eat here and they have Cockroaches because of the overflowing septic behind their building

We are from out of town, we decided to eat at this establishment. The pizza was fresh and I must say it was very delicious. My husband and I enjoyed it very much so. The manager was friendly and had a positive attitude. Thank you for the great Pizza ?

This is the worst Pizza that my family and I have ever had in our whole entire lives. The chunks of pineapple were so big that you almost needed a knife to cut them up with. There was cut up lunch meat thrown on our pizza completely disgusting.
