I visited this restaurant for the first time after a friend recommended it, knowing that I’m quite particular about barbecue since I do it myself at home. I ordered ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage, with cornbread and mac and cheese as sides. The ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were fantastic! They had a rich, smoky flavor, with the ribs being perfectly tender and easy to bite off the bone, and both the brisket and pulled pork were wonderfully moist. However, I wasn't a fan of the sausage; the meat was ground too coarsely and lacked sufficient fat. The mac and cheese was decent, but the noodles were a bit too soft from soaking up extra liquid – getting the right texture can be tricky when making large portions. The cornbread was just okay. Overall, it’s a clear 5-star review for me; if I don’t have time to barbeque at home, I would gladly come back!

I had heard great things about this restaurant, but I finally had the opportunity to try it for myself. I regret that I waited so long! The food is absolutely fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

This is the best BBQ I've experienced in Utah. I love that they offer both traditional BBQ options as well as unique specials and standout menu items that you won't find elsewhere. I've tried almost everything on the menu, including the Brg Texan (my personal favorite), Wind River, various meat plates, macaritto, Homer, and more. We visit every other Friday for work, and I can confidently say you can't go wrong here—you won't be disappointed. The portion sizes are very generous for the price, and the entire staff feels like a group of good friends or family. I highly recommend you go out and support them!

I hate to give an honest opinion because the food goes fast enough as it is. The food is DELICIOUS and and the service is excellent. We've had smoked meats in Texas and other places. Red Beard is as good or better than any place I can remember. They provide a high quality meal. The food is wonderful and and the staff are friendly. We'll be back.

5 Stars, First time here, they are only open Friday from 10 to 3. I came late not knowing almost everything was sold out. My fault will be back next week first thing to make sure I can try it all. Had the four meat plate, brisket, jalapeno sausage, turkey and pulled pork. Let me start with WOW... I normally don't like the pulled pork anywhere because its always dry and flavorless, well not here sports fans, it was about perfect. The brisket also was great, good texture, good pull with no chew, excellent. Turkey was a homerun. It was super juicy and delicious probably top 3 ever experienced. And the sausage was awesome. Let's talk about the banana Pudding that was so good, fresh, tasty, and perfect portion size, wow... Will be back next week for more of this wonderful food.
