Pizza Hut - Clearfield

You pay extra for certain things from this location and those extra things can’t seem to make it on the delivery. Can’t call to complain no one picks up the phone. The Cinnabons didn’t have icing, the extra sauces were missing, and the wings were plain not covered in the Buffalo sauce I ordered. Really disappointed.

Ordered online, it was transferred delivery by door dash and never received delivery. When I tried call no one would answer phone. I paid and pizza hut took my money, and no delivery.

An order was put in the afternoon the day before the order was to be picked up. I received a confirmation email on all the pizzas ordered and the time and date I had requested them ready. When my employee went to pick up the pizzas the door was locked and the employees at Pizza Hut told her the manager was late so they had not been able to get in the building…needless to say my order hadn't even been started and it was another hour before the order was completed. I called and asked for the regional info. I got hung up by Julie. They forgot the sauces to our order. Their solution was to have the customer “come get it”. Really?? There was a reason we ordered delivery. They go through Doordarsh now because they can't pay their delivery drivers. Wow. Unbelievably bad customer service. Would still appreciate the regional manager to call me back. Holy cats.

I ordered two hours ago by phone because they weren't accepting website orders. I thought that the person on the phone sounded nice, but waiting two hours for food and still not receiving it is ridiculous. I've tried calling at least a dozen times and I keep getting a dial tone. They said it would take 35 minutes.
