This time I ordered on line so that by 15 minutes my order would be ready and they would have orange chicken. Go to the drive thru and told I have to come. My order is sitting on the counter when I walk in but waiting for orange chicken along with 7 other plates. Told 10-15minutes. Can?t this place keep up. They know that is a popular item. Get your act together. Definitely not Panda EXPRESS.

So we aren 't really open till an hour after we open. Sorry, no white rice. It will be 20 min. We don 't have that in a fountain drink, only abottle... but we 're out of it, so actually, we don 't have it at all. And the quality of the increased chicken is bad. It 's allgristle bits stuck together.

I paid for spring rolls today and when I got home 15 minutes later, they were missing. This has happened regularly. I also ordered broccoli and beef, but received only two pieces of beef and a mountain of broccoli. The customer service is terrible; it feels like they just want to rush you out of line because they're busy. I don't feel like my money is valued here!

Even though they text me to say it's ready, I’ve ended up waiting about 40 minutes longer than expected. The last time I visited, I waited 20 minutes only to find that my to-go order was missing an item and sauces when I got home. The food is tasty, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

It's incredibly frustrating how often I have to repeat my order, only for them to still get it wrong. I would not recommend visiting this Panda Express at all! They consistently give me the opposite of what I ask for, even after multiple explanations. I don't know if they struggle with understanding English or if there's another issue, but it's hard to believe something as simple as placing an order could go so wrong.
