I've been to several Tim Hortons in town and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Staff is super friendly, polite, and always speedy and helpful. Have never had to wait long to be serve and always get my order quickly. I always look forward to my morning visit and can't wait to be greeted by the friendly staff. What Jenna Middleton doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I had activated a free coffee reward on the app prior to ordering, when I went to go use it the lady at the window refused to acknowledge that I free coffee.So I proceeded to ask for the manager as well as the managers phone number. To which the phone number was not given and apparently Arti the manager has left for the day.I will probably not be going back to this location as the staff were rude and disrespectful. Quality and variety for food is much better than Tim’s West Oaks. Always pleasant no matter how busy.

Go here every morning for my coffee, staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. love my Lil conversations I have every morning with my Tim's girls. coffee is always made correctly. best Tim's in Abby.
