Subway - Clearbrook

Went in today at lunch time. It was a little busy but the team moved the line along nicely. Prabh in particular was very friendly and provided excellent customer service with a smile on her face, which I really appreciate.

Just ordered around 6:10 pm on May 29th, 2023 and received the worst sandwich I 've ever experienced at a Subway. I 'm literally sitting in the parking lot right now just to write this review.The bread tasted like it was made last week and half of it crumbled off while attempting to eat the sandwich. The only way it was edible was to peel off the top layer of crust to get to the softer bread that didn 't taste as petrified. The sandwich artist had originally grabbed another piece of bread first but had trouble cutting it cause it was so hard and decided this one was the fresher one. That makes me concerned for whoever gets stuck with the reject loaf.There was about a cup of mayo on it, which was actually a bit of a help because it soaked the solid bread into an almost-edible state. Got a bag of chips cause we 're on a road trip, they were almost as stale as the bread.The employees inside were so unresponsive I didn 't even bother to go back inside for the problem to be remedied, what 's the point if everything inside tastes like it 's as old as I am?I would rather have eaten gas station sushi, and you should too. Don 't come here, even if it 's your last option.

So I bought dinner for 5 from here tonight 5 ft long subs 5 bottle drinks 5 bags of chips and a dozen cookies. I was extremely unimpressed to find a large chunk of hair in a cookie! Absolutely disgusting

I stopped by Subway on Halloween night on my way home from work. As I expected it was quite busy. There are two staff members working and they handled the pressure amazingly well. Definitely Grace Under Fire in my opinion. Quite a long line but they kept apologizing to customers for the delay and we were very fast and efficient when making the food. I will be back to this location soon.
