The day I was there the staff were totally incompetent and rude. It was totally antithetical to the Starbucks ethos- zero warmth and friendliness whatsoever. Sorry if this is harsh, but it was one of those experiences that leaves you feeling deflated. Maybe it was just an off day, but probably won’t go back to this location. By far the worst Starbucks in town. The staff today were rude and unprofessional. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Horrible customer service. staff are inattentive and miserable. Don't have coffee brewed decaf or mild at 2pm. Takes 20 mins to get a drink. Highly advise finding another location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
