Ran out of minutes on my phone and had to go to a 7-Eleven I usually don't go to on George Ferguson way. The clerk sold me a $50 card and a $5 card because I needed $55 to pay for the $50 plan plus tax. Then when he printed it off it registered tape that had the pin code on it it was barely legible and I had to try seven variations to get my top up card registered. This location is riddled in Insecure male employees that act like losers to customers, rude scanners who don’t want to work or something, I’ll just take my business elsewhere so will everybody else
Not following their policy night crews said our manager told us to not to make fresh wings am not coming back in this store in future
I never had a issue with this location, staff was always friendly and food was hot and fresh
Worst customer service ever. The staff needs training on how to talk to customer.
This place is stealing your money.I tried to buy a CREAMO 1L. The price tag showed $5.99.I brought to counter, and paid $6.81.It was strange so I asked staff why the price different from tag.He said, Oh it is after tax The tax on CREAMO?So I requested the receipt.It shows it is $6.69 and deposit.I showed him the price on receipt. His reaction was so what?He did not apologize, or correct the problem.The price is wrong and the deposit should not be added. (The bottle depot will not accept CREAMO pack)(Warning: Be careful, some store charges 20 cents or more for deposit since customer do not look at the receipt)This is not only once happened.It happened before cheating on price to me.
