While it's true that they’re still slower than McDonald's, it's impressive to watch the staff in action. I can't imagine how they manage to make 12 tacos for one person in just a few minutes and then do it all over again. I saw a Taco Bell employee do just that, while a third customer was clearly frustrated because he didn’t get his order in time. The manager handled the situation well and treated the customer with respect. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at this great place, especially after their extensive renovations.

The food is good, but they need to improve their employee training in customer service.
