Okies Yardhouse - Clear Lake Shores

We entered the restaurant and quickly noticed the staff behind the bar speaking negatively about us, almost like high school gossip. The bartender with red hair had a particularly unpleasant attitude towards us. We won’t be returning. This was our second chance after having been incorrectly charged double for our order, which we only discovered the next day. The customer service was poor, and the atmosphere felt unprofessional. Service: Dine in.

This charming and quirky spot used to be a liquor store. They offer healthy options and fresh ingredients. For my visit, I dined in for lunch, and the cost was around $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food a solid 4, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

The tacos were excellent, and the beer was served ice-cold, all in a relaxed atmosphere. We recently found this place and have returned twice already.
