have been sitting here for the birthday of my wife with a group of friends on Wednesday night. eating was great and atmosphere was nice for a weekday together. decent amount of other people there enjoy all day Wednesday happy hour specials, but noise level was not over camp. would definitely come back for happy hour or casual social. many tvs for sport. first we had no bad experience or any REAL problems. my reservation was made for an inside table. we arrived on time and there was no availability. if someone wants to be set inward, they mean inside, not outside in a converted deck. the steak was not a good value for what I received. the service was ok, but nothing to cheat. the waitress was very happy when she was busy with us. the sides were great. drinking were m... Too loud. I was there over the summer on a Friday night and it was delightful. Now is high tables only inside with outside sitting as well; bar atmosphere and loud.
We ate upstairs in their new upscale dining space and had a great experience! They have done a nice job with this entire restaurant. Nice decor, great location, very good food and service. We also thought the prices were very reasonable for a nice place. We'll definitely be back!
O2 Bistro really needs to decide if they want to be a restaurant or a bar. The location on the water is pretty nice and the dining area is well done (restaurant). However, the noise can be unrelenting and uncomfortable when there are loud people in the room as was the case during my visit. It really only takes one or two people in the room to cause everyone to suffer (bar). The wine selection and prices are very good (restaurant). There a lots of options on the food. Unfortunately, the majority of the food was either too salty, too greasy, or too heavy (bar). Either take advantage of the happy hour prices or go on a weeknight after the regulars have gone.
Perfect meal with friends everything was great and great service
O2 is a great neighborhood restaurant with great food, excellent wine selections and wonderful views.
