Description
**Dining on the Go: The Transformation of Old Stone Diner**
Nestled within an Exxon station on Martinsburg Pike, Old Stone Diner has evolved from a low-rated fast-food venue into a surprisingly delightful quick-stop eatery. While it primarily serves pre-packaged sandwiches and snacks, patrons appreciate the fair prices and friendly service. Despite its truck stop surroundings, many find the food to be unexpectedly tasty and a great value. However, inconsistent hours and rushed service have been a point of contention, with some items suffering from quality issues during off-peak times. For travelers along Route 11 or I-81, it’s worth a visit for a convenient bite.

One of husband's stops when he's picking up in Winchester. It's a truck stop/convenience store kind of place. Upstairs there are showers for truckers and a small lounge and a washer and dryer. They have hot food, coffee, soda machine and cheap cigarettes. Lots of locals, too.
Never open. When it is, service is rushed. If I decide to spend my money on bad food from a freezer, please allow me to do so at my own pace. It takes a while to get that stuff down your throat.
We had breakfast there today. Wonderful food! Had the Blueberry pancake special and it was GREAT! Friendly and clean.
The Old Stone Diner is situated inside an Exxon station on Martinsburg Pike. It was formerly a low-rated fast-food spot named Bullets, and as a past customer of Bullets, I was hesitant to try Old Stone after the ownership change. Honestly, I wish I hadn’t waited so long! Despite its gas station setting, the food is truly delicious and offers excellent value for the price. The service, which was famously terrible at Bullets, was a delightful surprise here. The staff is very friendly and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. If you’re traveling along Route 11 or I-81, be sure to stop by and give it a try—you may be pleasantly surprised by what you find!
