This is quite irritating just because it’s either plain laziness or terrible training of staff, I’ve came here about 3 times the first time everything was correct but the last two times I’ve noticed in my ICE coffee , there’s GRANULATED sugar , instead of LIQUID sugar. I had an awesome coffee with fantastic service, courteous and professional.

My Experience was very calm and peaceful! My nephew wanted to go to Dunkin donuts on a rainy day and the employees made sure he had the best time!
