Subway - Clayton

The pizza is Flatbread. Could have told us first. Burnt the sandwhich last time. Out of wheat bread. Didn 't even cut the pizza didn 't cut my sandwhich. Never ever stopping here again horrible

When I went in and ordered my food everything seemed fine, other than the fact that they were out of everything. Which is fine I understand that happens. When I went to pay for my food there was some confusion and they tried to charge me for three sandwiches. There was a guy behind me and apparently they thought he was with me which I also understand getting confused about, however after I got to my truck, I realized that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I went back in and showed them that they gave me the wrong sandwich and the guy insisted that that was my correct sandwich. I then showed him my receipt that clearly showed that I had the number 7 and that this was some kind of a ham sandwich. He then told me that he had no idea how I had that sandwich because that was absolutely not the sandwich he gave me. I said how do I have a Subway sandwich that has ham on it then? and he told me I don 't know, you must have swapped it with the other customer in the parking lot! Are you freaking kidding me?! Then I requested a refund if he wasn 't going to fix it (because i didn 't eaven have the wrong sandwich anymore because they had taken it to the back) and they told me that they couldn 't do that. After a whole bunch of arguing back and forth they agreed to remake my sandwich or I could leave without a refund. Needless to say I will not be coming back. I can 't believe how incompetent and rude these employees are. I didn 't come back in with a attitude I was kind and calmly explained to them what the issue was but they got angry and combative right away. Just what I expect from Subway. Fresh ingredients, efficient and courteous staff. Clean tables with plenty of seating.

We just stopped at this location on our way from WY to TX. It was about 2:00 and they were not busy at all. Our sandwiches were good but the workers barely spoke and they just threw the ingredients on our sandwiches. They acted like they hated their jobs and by the look of sandwiches, we would agree. We won't be back.
