My husband and I loved this place where we love the ambience and service. The burgers fries onion rings and milkshake were impressive. We love the chocolate cake. It made for a great day after our trip in the country View all feedback.

I have hamburger steak and gravy kartoffeln and fried okra. was not impressed for the cost. kartoffeln were creamed halfway and okra was glued together. very thin hamburger with gloppy gravy. the best part of the meal was the roll. be one before I eat again. View all feedback.

All I ordered was delicious, fresh, tasty, I will definitely make it my business to stop there coconut cake had me lick my dish if you ever eat in Clayton NC and excellent place if you really eat

Finally a NY style Diner!. I am from NYC. I have been living in the Triangle for 16 years. FINALLY, a restaurant has been built here that is the closest place to a diner so far. Rocking Comet Diner is it. There have been attempts (Gypsy's in Cary and The place on Glenwood Ave in Raleigh), but they have failed. The food at Rocking Comet is fantastic and like a NY diner many choices on the menu that is affordable! I recommend anyone to eat here. If your from NY YOU GOTTA GO HERE!
