I had a delicious Sunday morning dish with quinoa, black beans, roasted zucchini, tofu, steamed broccoli, mushrooms, pickles and Zilantro-Calc sauce. packed with taste, but not too spicy, also enjoyed a mango agaven limonade. almost everything in the restaurant is also gluten-free. I really wanted to like this place, but what kills him for me is the “spicked” tofu. the spice is not compatible with many of the plentiful options for bowls. it has an Indian bent, but it would be better simple (and grilled). stl has some amazing vegan options, but many places seem to struggle with tofu.
