My wife and I were visiting the area, and stopped by to pick up a bottle of bourbon after someone recommended it. The people were so nice and welcoming that after we got back to our car, we decided we had to go back in for a drink. What a fun and informative couple of hours. Super personable staff and Delicious craft spirits. They have created a lovely space and Doug’s tour and tasting was like science class in the very best way. Highly recommend!

We have chosen a souvenir of premixed sazarac. loved the amazing ‘smooth’ roggen and the bourbon so much to learn about the drink of super scientists and passionate owners! he knows his alcohol. casual shop/bar for a variety of tasting flights or cocktails. would definitely return!
Great experience. the basic liquors are high quality and the mixed beverages are delicious. if tech is their thought, the owner is very good knowledge of all the spirits!
A large selection of homemade items offers an option for everyone. a short 3-shot flight... the bourbon was smooth, the wodka was like butter, and the snow cream was something I never thought to drink. beyond that, there were more things I didn't even try. whiskey, gin, brandy and so much more. with 2 bottles snow cream, some bourbon BBQ sauce, whiskey pickles and a glass to remember the trip.
