Burger King - Clayton

Has me wait 5 minutes in the checkout lane, the only vehicle may I add just to tell me they can't make my order and with an attitude as well. The service here is always bad. They take forever to get your food. I've been in line in the store for 30 minutes before. Just ridiculous they need an entire new staff and management. I've given them several chances they always come up short.

Messed every bit of my order up, the manager was a complete A-hole and over charged me and treated me like garbage, other employees were also A-holes and treated me like garbage the only person that was helpful in any way was ALEX… BURGERKING THIS KID DESERVES A RAISE AND THE MANAGER NEEDS DEMOTED. Everyone but him was disrespectful and acted like I was a pile of garbage 6:15 pm on Friday October 21. Do something burgerking…

I came in trying to make a quick stop for lunch and waited 18 minutes to get a order 9 minutes to get my food. But everything I asked to order they was out of. No matz sticks no milk shakes. No drinks and no ice. The guy taking the order was the only one working. The larger guy that was acting as a boss was walking around with his pants sagged down and butt showing. No one wants to see a ass crack before eating. I asked for ice and he said didn't have any yet he went back to the ice machine 2 minutes later and filled his cup strait out of it and fill it with soda for himself.

Extremely slow service during breakfast hours. This location never, and I mean Never has had any type of coffee available, for years. You sit at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before someone even says anything to you, when clearly there aren't any other customers in line or inside.

Arrived around 7:30 AM on a Sunday to order some Ice Coffee and was told we are only doing sodas . We left and went to the one in Englewood, which happily served us Ice Coffee. Next time they should offer a better explanation because I assume they weren 't doing Coffee out of pure laziness. Never going back to this Burger King!
