They never respond... read more Whenever I visit, I can't enjoy anything I buy. I strongly advise you to avoid this place if you actually want to enjoy your food or drinks! They never respond to complaints, and by the time they do, my purchase will probably be expired. It's clear they don't care about quality; better products lead to better profits, and they must have noticed a significant drop in revenue. If they don't care, then neither do I. I really hope someone with a sense of pride comes along and takes over from the current owner. This place doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.
