I had the pleasure of chatting with Jacob on Thursday and his brother Isaac on Friday, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I left with a gift bottle of Woodford Double Oaked for a friend and also picked up a fifth of two new whiskeys I had never tried before - Uncle Nearest 1856 100 proof and Old Ezra 7 117 proof, which Isaac recommended and turned out to be surprisingly smooth. This place is a hidden gem with a great wine selection and even offers monthly tastings.
