I'm glad a Subway has come to Claverack, since the Food Mart is closed and the dairy bar is seasonal. It's a small Subway only 1 tables and 1 bathroom, but it's pretty nice. It looks like the staff all know each other and work well together. There were no problems getting my sub made to order. Are you tired of bad service and marginal food yet? If you enjoy this sort of thing, this is the joint for you. They were out of half the menu items. Didn 't know how to ring in the items they DID have. When it got busy, the manager left the line saying I need a cigarette then stood outside puffing away, as the restaurant went down in flames. The remaining woman didn 't seem to care, as she had given up . I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was until I started walking away and was called back to the register. You never paid for your drinks! Excuse me? What? You 're drinks aren 't SUBWAY DRINKS What? You bought NONSUBWAY drinks. What? You haven 't paid for your NONSUBWAY drinks What is that?! I SAID, you haven 't paid for your NON-SUBW.. There you go again. QUIT SAYING THAT.You mean it 's two transactions?! I 'm not sure who gets the profit for Non-Subway Drinks, but I paid for them, hit the filthy bathroom and headed out. If you decide go here, i suggest you bring your cell, take a video, and post it on TikTok. You 'll be famous. Wow.
