One has compelledly subordinate to the kitchen philosophy of chefin. that limits the experiential value. our expectations were different.
Everything was different than usual. the door was closed, but after the ringing we opened friendly and led us to the place. as a first visitor, I had expected to get into a dark resin trip, but that was the case. the service was friendly and inconspicuous, the food of excellent quality. no maggis sauce, no finishdressing, no apfelstrudel from the eissarg (refrigerant). all fresh and handcrafted good work. Moreover, the kitchen was slightly organic, making it sympathetic. and as so often, at the wine weakened service and cellar. the wee were quite good, but BIO wine is not per se good, just because it is a BIO wine. there are also differences here! Nevertheless, it was a great, extraordinary place for me, which I would like to recommend.
