Rude management, ordered unsweetened tea, cannot have sugar, so asked for a refund on the tea because they have no sugar substitute ...kept saying they could no... read more Rude management, ordered unsweetened tea, cannot have sugar, so asked for a refund on the tea because they have no sugar substitute ...kept saying they could not do a refund because it was a combo when it was not. 3 times we told them and finally after showing the receipt, the refunded it, but not the tax...you have to refund tax..and this was the manager. They also rang it up to go when 3 times we said we were dining in. Wont order sugar substitute, they don't listen and assume everyone is a liar. ...other than that, food was good

However, the counter person was extremely helpful and explained the various choices breaking it down to…just wings…combination, wings and fries,etc. my husband ordered the 10 wings, 2 flavors and 1 dip (large combo). I had an order of wings, with only the rub. My husband had the Buffalo and some kind of sweet honey with a blue cheese dip. He didn’t care much for the sweet flavor or the wings. Wasn’t crispy enough. My wings were very good. The homemade fresh fries were delicious. Coming from Buffalo where wings were born, we were disappointed. A nice selection of flavors and dips but the actual wings need a better cooking technique. A very clean restaurant with nice seating and good service. Thanks for being so helpful.

I've had some good food here and... read more Just like most restaurants in Clarksville (I'm new here), seems like customer service isn't good and the food is hit and miss. I've had some good food here and some bad. Today was good food but they put my order in one catering tray when it was 3 different types of wings for 3 different people and they put the BBQ wings on top of the plain?I have always gotten 3 separate boxes yet for some reason they change it without telling me and put it in the dumbest order possible.There are enough reviews on here talking about the same thing and I'm pretty shocked management hasn't gutted this place by now.Literally if someone came into Clarksville with great customer service and good food they would clean up here because the competition is sorry to say the least.

The guy k... read more I got to Wingstop on 12/1/22 at about 11:35. I placed an order for the chicken sandwich combo. I waited over 25 minutes and still did not get my food. The guy kept telling me their working on it. 12pm and still no food. So I asked for a refund becausemy lunch was over at this point. The little girl decided to get smart with me because I told her I had been the almost 30minutes. She proceeds to tell I couldn't have been there that long because she just came up here. I'm 51 years old and I knowhow to tell time. It's very unprofessional. Everybody that walked in for delivery got their food right away. I understandthere's a process, but I should have never had to wait 30 minutes on good. Unexceptable. And the staff is really unprofessionalneeds to be trained on how to talk to customers. Their cussing each other out in the prep area. Playing very very loud music.Building smokey cause they burned something and I still didn't get a sorry from any of them. I will never ever ever go thereagain and several other customers walked out with me. This place is unprofessional and the staff is very rude. I don't even knowwho the manager was at this store. You all need to do better.
