But if you know where to find the best wings in town for the best price then you know wingstop is the place for you. Sauces that smack. Wings that drip with flavor. A young employee became disrespectful when I mentioned I’d been waiting for almost 30 minutes, claiming I couldn't have been there that long because she had just arrived. As a 51-year-old, I know how to keep track of time, and this sort of behavior is very unprofessional. During my wait, I noticed that everyone who walked in for a delivery received their food immediately. I understand there’s a process, but waiting half an hour for food is unacceptable. The staff's behavior was quite unsettling; they were swearing at each other in the prep area and playing loud music. Additionally, the building had a smoky smell because they burned something, and not a single staff member apologized to me for the inconvenience. I will never return to this establishment, and I wasn't the only one—several other customers left with me. The overall experience was disappointing, and it reflects a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. I didn’t even see who the manager was during my visit. This place needs significant improvement.

The service was excellent. If I enjoyed spicy food, I would have loved the wings. However, I requested plain wings and ended up with hot ones instead. The fries, though, were just right. The restaurant could use a more thorough cleaning. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
Some of the worse service I've ever had. It took over 30 minutes to receive my food, and the food was cold. They forgot got to put two items in the bag, and the sandwich was undercooked. One of the works couldn't even focus on putting food in the bag, or keep his eyes open!
Call corporate. Inform them of the workers ignoring call in orders , dirtiness and poor customer service . Also report them to the BBB health dept and file a complaint against the management that allows this to go on. Problem solved . They will be getting calls from higher up .
