Sonic Drive-in - Clarksville

The employees are incredibly rude and condescending. They scan off multiple tickets to keep numbers down and then deliver the food whenever they feel like it. I waited 10 minutes this morning for a large drink. I had to call in to get them to bring it out, as usual, and the male employee who answered was extremely rude. I have many years in the restaurant industry so I can say with confidence that this is a very poorly ran restaurant that desperately needs new management. Don't waste your time, just go literally anywhere else and be treated loads better!!!

I’m rating it 3 stars Bcs half the time you get good food at a somewhat reasonable time and other times like today when I ordered I got my food 20-30 minutes after ordering and it was all cold. We got a burger, fries and mozzarella sticks. We waited around 15-20 minutes and it finally said it was ready and they were gonna come out with our order and we watched for another 10-15 minutes as people who got there after us are served and we start to wonder if maybe they forgot our order or accidentally served it off. Well it finally came and it was all cold. The fries were stale. And when I say it was cold I mean it’s been sitting out for a while and is no longer at least somewhat hot. Like i feel like it was sitting out for those 10 min before they finally actually brought it out. And this happens a lot. I don’t mind waiting when they’re busy or they’re waiting for fries to come up or mozzarella sticks to come up or I even heard they make the burger as the order comes but this definitely doesn’t feel like the case EVERYTIME. I just wish it was more consistent because I actually really do enjoy their food but I enjoy it alot more when it’s actually warm-hot.

Ordered a sundae. Actually ordered two. Wanted to pay with two different cards. Paid with one card, and out came two sundaes. Was waiting to pay with the second card, and out came another sundae. Well, I waited and there was no question for payment. I enjoyed all three sundaes. The last sundae could've had a bit more chocolate sauce but I wS getting full.Maybe I'll try the no.1 twice next time.

I don't know if they just have a better day crew now or what, but it's so much better than before lately. I always have gotten strawberry limeades for me and my mom, and she did the same when I was a kid. Sadly, we had to stop for a while because it was made wrong many times. We finally tried again, and it tastes like a wonderful mother/daughter memory brought to life. Then my car hop was so sweet. Kayli actually struck up a conversation and didn't seem like she just wanted away. As someone who gets nervous about bothering people, even at their job, it was really nice. Happily going back to this location next time.
