Papa John's Pizza - Clarksville

Friday night used to be a family pizza night... no longer. We ordered a pizza and bread sticks online and waited for delivery. My little one likes to make a big deal to see the buyer online. They do it now, they're boxing it I'm in it's way it's never delivered. 2 hours later my wife calls the store and talks with a manager Oh wow Ma'am it was 2 hours we're very sorry our driver forget to deliver your pizza for any reason or others let me make another for you and we will refund your money, but since you have already paid by debit card online it can appear up to 7 days in your account. Well, mistakes happen and at least he tries to pay attention, so we agree and wait another 45 minutes to make it and deliver it. The dryer gives the pizza and leaves. The box is comminuted, half of the potter are now on the bottom of the lid and the pizza and the bread-sicks are as cold as if they had been made 2 hours and 45 minutes earlier. Here's the right kick in your teeth. The price of pizza delivery fees also the friggin tip that we paid online before we get our pizza and said would friggin refund never was. Today, Friday nights are Chinese night. Thanks for nothing Papa John 's

1 year ago my wife and I ordered a half and half pizza. Pizza not only was made incorrect but was stuck to the top of the box on pickup when opened. We were told we would get a free pizza next time we came back. Me and and my wife have NEVER ordered from there again because of the error in our pizza. We called today to get our free pizza FINALLY and there was no record of the error or the free pizza noted anywhere. Completely terrible customer service and will never order from this place again. Every pizza we have received on post from both pizza companies has been great, and if a error is made they make sure its corrected. Please never order from here. Side note. The girl who answered the phone the first time does need serious training. She has no idea what she is doing and doesn 't listen to what your saying. We had to call back twice to get someone else to help us Please order else where. Their incompetence is unbelievable!!!

Be sure to place your order in advance with this restaurant. I ordered three pizzas the night before for a soccer team party, specifying a delivery time. I was told they would call me when they were on their way. However, just five minutes before the expected delivery, I called to check on the status. I was informed that they were waiting for a driver to return. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, he couldn't provide a clear answer, only indicating that it would take a while. It was incredibly disappointing for the entire football team. I won't be supporting this business again.

Regardless of which driver I have, they are always incredibly friendly!
