I placed an order for two meals online and arrived at the restaurant just five minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time. However, upon my arrival, I found myself waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes because they had run out of biscuits. Although my food was prepared, the biscuits weren’t packed, and I have no idea how long that situation had persisted. Additionally, they didn’t provide cups for the drinks until I asked; I was simply handed two cups of Pepsi. At that point, I was just eager to leave. As I drove away, I noticed the guy who packed my food outside smoking, clearly not staying to complete the remaining orders. Overall, this was the worst service I have ever encountered.

It seemed like everyone there apparently hated their jobs. They were made of white meat that I have a hard time because this is the only acceptable type of chicken. The cookies left my mouth dryer as Popeyes and that in itself is a performance. Not bad at all, but I had better.
After another five minutes, I went inside and saw about five employees gathered in the kitchen, seemingly playing around. When I approached them, they tried to take my order again as if I was a new customer. I informed them that I had been waiting over twenty minutes for my food and that I no longer wanted it; I simply requested a refund. I asked to speak to the manager to express my concerns, but the general manager came up with every excuse in the book to justify the delay and the lack of phone response. I requested that my information be passed along to the owner for a formal complaint, but that never happened. The level of service I experienced was unacceptable. It’s clear that everyone at the restaurant should be retrained on what excellent customer service looks like.
Terrible! Went through drive thru problen with the connection ask to come in so I did. Girl took my order I paid walk over to get drink then told there was no tenders and didn't know how long would take to cook. Ask for thighs...none cooked...this wasridiculous. Told them I wanted refund..finally got. Ask to see manager boy looked at me walked off then came back Ask if Ineeded something else I said to see manager he looked at me dumbfounded! I told him forget it I will report it. Customerservice is terrible! This store needs complete employee training.
