Juicy Seafood Express Tea - Feedback

What Jessica Brim doesn't like about Juicy Seafood Express Tea:
This place is terrible. They cheated my son out of his money. He order a combo with half pound of crab and shrimp and added on a half pound of crab to it. When he got his bag he only had 2 clusters. They refused to give him his money back. The cashier thought it was funny the whole time. My son is only 14. Secondly he opens his rice and it was dry and old. My first impression with the name was that the food wouldn’t be good, but that is what I get for judging a book by its cover.I had some crab legs and they were perfectly seasoned. They were much better than something from a franchise seafood restaurant like Joe’s Crab Shack.
